This part isn't as complicated as it may seem.  It is the male part that fits anything low pressure (garden hose) related.

This Quick Disconnect Plug can be used for the following:

• Inlet of 6.5' Inlet Hose
• Inlet of Kranzle Pressure Washer
• Inlet and Outlet of Braided Hose that comes with CR Spotless Deionizer

Connection Flow:

Hose Bib Outlet ->  Garden House 3/4” Female QD Coupler -> Garden Hose 3/4" Plug -> 6.5' 5/8" Inlet Hose Outlet -> Garden House 3/4” Female QD Coupler ->  Garden Hose 3/4" Plug -> Kranzle K1122TST Inlet
